Drys med salt og peber og tilsæt citronsaften.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Sauter videre i et minuts tid.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Kom fløde og Marsala i, og det hele koges ind til det har en tilpas tyk konsistens.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
