Skræl gulerødderne, og riv dem groft på råkostjernet.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pil og hak løget.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Svits grøntsagerne i en gryde.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Tilsæt dåsetomater samt bouillon, knust hvidløg og lidt salt og peber.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Lad det hele småsnurre til kartoflerne er møre ca. 30 min, og pisk derefter suppen godt.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
