Hældes i lille bradepande, trykkes lidt ned og pensles evt. med lidt olivenolie og hæver 3-5 timer.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pensles med kaffe eller mælk.&lt;br /&gt;

Bages i ca. 45 min.ved 220º (ikke varmluft) lidt under midten af ovenen.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Evt. erstattes 100 g af melet med durum, spelt, groft ølandshvede eller lignenede.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
