====Fremgangsmåde====&lt;br /&gt;
Kog pastaen i rigeligt vand, tilsat rigeligt salt.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Skær hvidløgene i meget tynde skiver, hak peperoncinoen fint.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Kom begge dele på en stor pande med en god sjat olivenolie for helt lavt varme, så olien når at tage smag af begge dele.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Riv parmesan osten.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Hak en håndfuld persille.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Når pastaen er al dente hældes vandet fra og pastaen kommes over i panden.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Her blandes den forsigtigt med revet parmesan og persille.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Serveres evt. med ekstra parmesan.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
