If you are having problems synchronizing your device with Windows Vista or Windows Vista x64 try the following.

Uninstall - Windows Mobile Device Center Driver update
Uninstall - Windows Mobile Device Center
Download and install: Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 for Windows Vista from Microsoft. There is both a 32-bit and a 64-bit version.
