Ingredienser

Rub: 2 spsk Santa Maria-peberblanding 1 spsk løgpulver 1 spsk hvidløgspulver ½ spsk spidskommen 1 spsk paprika 1 spsk salt 1/4 tsk kanel

Glace: 5 tsk. Dijon-sennep 5 tsk akaciehonning 1 spsk lammerub

Fremgangsmåde

Lammeracks eller lammeculotter rubbes og lægges i køleskab en halv time.
Grilles ved 180°C i 20-35 minutter, pensles med glace et par gange undervejs.
