Install telnet server

(It is recommended that you use ssh service instead, because telnet is insecure)

1. Install telnet

   $ sudo apt-get install telnetd

2. Restart inetd service:

   $ sudo /etc/init.d/openbsd-inetd restart

Install SSH server

1. Install both ssh client and server

   $ sudo apt-get install openssh-server openssh-client
